Do you accept international credit cards?
We support most international debit and credit cards. Your transaction is made secure by our payment processor, whether you are buying from India or overseas.
Reputable courier partners ship all of our products. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time as soon as your order ships.
Indian orders take 5–7 business days. International orders take 10–15 business days based on where you are and customs clearance.
Yes, each order has a printed invoice included in the package. You will also receive it electronically on your registered email.
As goods carry a spiritual element, return or exchange is only feasible in extraordinary situations (e.g., faulty product).For us to help, you must notify our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

Is it feasible to cancel an order if a delivery is delayed?
If you would want to cancel your order due of a delay, kindly call our customer service right away. We would be more than willing to assist in canceling and refunding.
We provide free domestic postage on the vast majority of our orders. If you are purchasing from overseas or would like to use the rush post, there may be a delivery fee and we will add this at checkout.
Once you have placed your order, you will be notified by e-mail that the order has been placed. Your Rudraksha or astro report will then be drawn up, charged (if required), and sent with caution.
All the consultations (Kundli, career, business, matchmaking, etc.) can be booked through a phone or video call. You can book directly from our website.

We respect your trust in our astrological and spiritual services at PanditBazaar.com. Because most of our products such as Rudraksha beads, energized products, and customized astrology reports are sacred and hand-made, we have a respectful and cautious returns policy. We will exchange or return only if:

 

  1. You got a defective or wrong product.
  2. The received product on dispatch is not what you ordered.

If so, we would like you to return it to us within 48 hours of package opening. We will assist you through the return or exchange procedure.

  • Charged Rudraksha beads or Yantras.
  • Personalized astrology reports or Kundlis.
  • Any product damaged because of poor handling after dispatch.

These are spiritual products and made as per the buyer’s specifications and hence non-returnable except in case of a gross defect.
